Yep, I too have been sucked into the Hetalia fandom...
I Return with Hetalia arts!!! This semester will be over in about two weeks, expect my full return then.
Ivan was fun to draw, but somehow he didn't turn out as deranged looking as he did in the sketch. Darn. >.< Oh well, It was good practice for cel shading, which I'm still pretty new in using.
I'd appreciate any critiques or suggestions you could give me. ^_^

Cel shading is where the shading is a solid mass of shadowed area instead of trying to make the shading fade into the base color seem realistic. (Like the shading found in 2D animation, which is painted on cels, thus the name.) I didn't realize I misspelled it when I posted this long ago, I better take off the second L.
