Two years after the Fourth Shinobi War, Jun decides to finally tie the knot with Guy and the two were married. She was quite amused to hear others speak of Guy's fortune to find a beautiful young woman who is able to tolerate his enthusiasm and youthful passion. She begins spending more time with the Hyuga clan, however, the members were somewhat embarrassed by her behavior mixed with her rather proactive wear, stating that she is "too carefree". Due to Guy's inability to walk, Jun often takes care of him as well as reminding him to take it easy and help raise their daughter, Hikaru. She often spends most of her free time with her friends Ryoko and Kurenai as they often arrange playdates for their children.

When Hinata gets abducted by Toneri Otsutsuki and his siege against the Hidden Leaf, Jun, alongside the other jonin and elites fend off Toneri's subordinates.
