EFFECT:
If there’s a face-up Spell/Trap on the Field: You can Special Summon this card from your hand and if you do this while you control a face-up “Starblazer” Continuous Spell/Trap, you can destroy up to 2 cards on the Field. You cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck the turn you use this effect, except Xyz Monsters. (Quick Effect): You can banish this card from the GY, then target 2 face-up monsters on the Field; until the end of that turn, the first target gains 1000 ATK while the second target loses 1000 ATK. You can only use each effect of “Starblazer Enforcer, Iris” once per turn.
