This is umbreon, one of my favorite sketches.It was drawn on my wacom tablet.
Good wall paper when full screen or centered.

Some comment from me. Do you use brush on photoshop? If you intend to use brush, try flash. The lineart looks somehow too rough. In this case, you better use pen tool.
So yeah, it's nice already tho ^^
