You got a really good piece with a nice original concept going on here. I really like the line play on the road and the background and scenery. Although, if I had to complain about anything, it'd be that BlackJack looks like she's getting a five o'clock shadow and her neck is weirdly long. And perspective wise, a bit like a dachshund.
Otherwise, you got a pretty interesting piece going here with a rather original concept. I'd just work on the proportions of BlackJack. If possible, it'd be wise to go in and try to shorten the body length, it appears a bit long with where everything is set up.
And that five o'clock shadow. I can't help but think someone just stole her coffee and she's pissed.

I will try to figure out what to do with fur texture later. I actually want to switch from textureless ponies and environment to textured ones, with values created more realistic-like way. But if it looks like a five o'clock shadow, then it's probably a pretty wrong way. I think it would look better if drawn more regular, like actual coat, unlike actual beard ^__^
As for the long body, I tried to make some sort of distorted perspective. To bring in more dynamic or something like this. Perhaps I failed to make everything else fit this scheme. Or it's really just too long. I'll give more attention to this in my future drawings.
Yeah, long neck is my flaw ): It's not the first time, and I always notice it only when somebody points it out.

Know its just a fur effect that ponies should have, but it looks like she's sporting a Many Beard!!
Then again... the radioactive taint giving her more testosterone might explain much... XD

Talking seriously, I know, this is my fail. It's actually the first time I tried to make something like this, I mean textures and stuff. I'll try to figure out how to make it better next time.

Perhaps instead of pure white, a lighter spaced shade would remove the bearded mare look...
