It often is, yeah. D: I've seen people there at about... 1am in my timezone.. which is, er, GMT+1.00. But it's also usually quiet. Needs more advertisement, that chat. :}

Now I have the image in my head of that old cartoon cliche where the much taller bully is smugly pushing on the smaller kid's head, keeping his victim at arm's length as the little nerd flails wildly, trying to land a blow.
