Haha, I love how charming this is!
Normally a scarecrow being like that would be the subject for nightmare fodder. Β But with the way she smiles with him, and lovingly 'pinches' his cheeks, it hard to see him being such a bad guy, at least, to her. Β Plus, the bright, warm sunlight on the field and back lighting her doesn't feel like the kind of light you would expect with idea of depicting a 'monster'.
Very well done. Β Just goes to show that even normally creepy things can live and be seen in a different light. ^.^
