This really is an excellent portrait. You've created an image here that I have attempted in the past, but you've surpassed what I achieved. I like that the background contains detail instead of being blown out, there's enough interest there to balance the image without distracting from the model that you've lit nicely and gently from both sides. The only significant comment I can make towards a possible improvement occurs to me when I consider the coloration of the image. I like the selective-color'ish feeling of the image, until when I think about it my eyes are drawn rather directly towards the models breasts for the presence of red there, only significantly found elsewhere in the model's lips/face. The image is very well balanced in form, but in color I find it a bit distracting - since the model's stance and posture, lighting, and composition all point towards the model's face.

Good, bad, or indifferent - just my comments and $0.02. All in all, an excellent image, very well done.
