That's the cheap way; if you want a real Flaming Longsword you have to buy a Masterwork Longsword, and give it the Flaming enhancement; that would be about 2315 gp.
If you want to save half gold you can make them yourself, but you'll need the Craft Magic Arms and Armor feat, and a bit of skill specialization.

We wrap aluminium pipes in kevlar before oiling them

ah, we tried to use steel swords - we have many of 'em - but steel's too hard... then we used duralumin, but it eventually broke XDD
also, kevlar has cotton base, so it burns down after awhile. asbestos, for instance, do not)

This would be good if it didn't have an obvious cut in the loop. Try reversing it before the loop next time so you match the last frame to the first.
