Description
This is my first creation that takes advantage of Kisekae local. This one was originally a regular Kisekae character that I updated in KKL. Eventually, all of my creations will use Kisekae local exclusively. As for designing the character, it was quite difficult. I tried for a while to get the front of the cape just right. In the end though, if I wanted it to be accurate, it was not going to look good. So, I decided to go with this less accurate, but better looking version instead.
