Description
-This is my website! I'm gonna call it v1.0 because I'm gonna change the design after a while.-This was the first time that i EVER tried to design a website in Photoshop and the first time i ever used Dreamweaver. But after a few tutorials i found the ways to make it as i wanted
-I made it simple because its like a portfolio..so i made it look like a small portfolio but im gonna change it after a couple of months and make it much much better.

I think you've done a great job for a first website ever. 
A good thing is the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 License at your gallery/portfolio page if you know what I mean (and I think you do) 
Just one other remark (besides the remarks umar already made): I think you should do something about the (white) font on the silver background. Maybe add a little more shadow or a slight color change. Or use another background. It now looks if the font is fading away at some parts of the page(s).

ohh and just noticed that you made 2 differnt menu's one on top and other on the left side, this is definitely a bad idea

i know i know but i could write "portfolio" on the left tab so i wrote gallery..if i wrote portfolio i'd have to make them longer and i didnt like that..but this is the v1.0 so im not really changing anything..any comment here will help me improve and make the next design better

yes a WIP is always good I have noticed that because it helped me a lot in improving my icons

this definitely looks nice, but the font is too large, and instead of writing the format's i.e .ico .icns, .png just use the small image icons to represent them, examples: [link]
