Hello everyone! i hope you all are still doing alright out there. I have always enjoyed a good villain in a story, especially when the character could have gone either way depending on how the story goes on. I have made many characters in dnd and pathfinder over the years, and there are few for me that are as memorable as my character Luxuria De'Syn. Now im not going to go into her whole background, or the fact that i never got to finish the campaign she was in (so unfortunate) but what i will say is that i have thought of many short stories about how she could have ended up, either as a hero or a villain. When i think about these stories, a scene starts to come to my mind and before i know it, it becomes something i gotta create. The main thing i wanted to convey with this pic is a dark, rainy atmosphere. I have never done rain in a picture before so it was quite a new experience for me lol. I wanted to have a battlefield for a background, but in hindsight, i probably should have had more visible bodies laying around. I learned a lot from working on this picture, and it only showed me that i have so much more to learn and grow as an artist.
