It's Krystal, a peculiar blue vixen who appeared in roughly half of all the Starfox games.On a completely different note, I struggled quite a bit with that water. Still not happy with the droplets. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I adore how much detail you put into making her look cute and fluffy c: Aspecially how you shaded the fur on the cheeks looks very pretty. And I find the background to also look lovely, and have a mysterious vibe that I find quite fitting to the character of Krystal. Even if for that kind of Krystal, her tribal armor would be more fitting.. But yeah. Have a fav ^^

This may not be a common setting for Krystal to appear in (within fan art, I mean), but I think that adds to the realism. Wading through a swamp, holding a staff and a gun, looking worried...it's feasibly a situation in which Krystal could find herself. It makes me wonder: is she truly alone out here, or was she traveling with her team and got separated?
I don't know how permeable that Assault suit is, but I imagine it's better that she's wearing that, instead of tribal attire that would leave her legs exposed to untold numbers of hazards. And since you brought up the droplets, I'll say this: I probably would not have made the highlights so bright on them. Water droplets may glisten, but there are few sources of bright light in this setting, and the suit backdrop only has a matte finish, not glossy.

In Starfox Assault she didn't mind getting shelled by those spherical Aparoid tanks that could two-shot a landmaster, so I guess her suit is pretty resilient. Either that or her fur is actually some sort of magic diamond fiber ^^
About the droplets, yeah I can see what you're getting at. When I did those I actually kept increasing their brightness in a futile attempt to make them look less odd :I

Looking at this image one more time, there's something else I notice about the water droplets. The rest of the suit appears to be the same color, though I'd expect the legs to look darker / more saturated because of being soaked with water. (Which is part of the reason why I brought up the permeability of the suit in my original comment.) Stray droplets on an otherwise dry-looking suit, do look out of place. Any walking motion vigorous enough to kick up such droplets would be likely to get the legs of the suit wet, especially in places that are not currently submerged.
And one other note: I honestly didn't pay attention to how skintight her suit was, until someone else brought it up. From your response to that person, I see this was deliberate.

Seeing the description I would give her love in my own way that would make her feel part of Star Fox and include her more. Nice job on the picture though.
