Wow that takes me back, when I was a kid and this album came out, I had to have the thriller, and Beat it outfits, my parents finaly got it for me. I had both jackets, and the white glove, and sequence socks. it was awesome.

Don't be too jealous, if you were born in the 80's you would most likley not have an interest in that era of music, Not sure but for the most part I like very little music from that era myself. most of the time when I hear a song from that era it takes me back, and that is nice. but to you it's something different because it allows you to wonder what it would have been like.
I do however like M Jacksons music thriller and back. I hate to say it but if he had a tragic death right after that album was made, he would be looked at as a immortal legend. I often wonder if Elvis would be considered the king if he lived much longer.

I hear you, I have a few artist like that for me. Brian Wilson (creative force behind the beachboys), Bob Dylan he feels like a family member. and so forth, And I mean no disrespect. Michael Jackson had a level of talent unmatched by few and mimiced by millions. his legacy will always live on. It's just that society always remembers the faults, and forgets the true reason of why he was scrutinized so closley, it was because he was very magical. I was obssessed when I was a kid, and so was every other kid, their has not been a singular pop star since that can even hope to capture the magic that was Thriller, Off the Wall, Dangerous and so forth. So I completey understand where you are coming from. Keep up the good work.
