Cindy's Time Symbol. Once she presses it, a Time Sphere will come and grant her access to anywhere in the past.
It also allows Cindy to travel forward in time.
It won't rip open the universe and create an(other) anomaly, unless Cindy scratches the symbol, the scratch has to cause her to bleed.
