Here is a teaser, of the Fan Fic I may write for this.

Clara couldn’t believe her eyes it was the Doctor but he looked nothing like his old self in fact now he just looked old.

“Kidneys! I’ve got new Kidneys!” The Doctor shouts “I don’t like the color.” His voice also different.

“Of your kidneys? What’s happening” Clara asks getting more confused by the second.

“We’re probably crashing” The Doctor says casually flipping some switches on the TARDIS.

“Into what?” Clara asks.

“Stay calm, just one question… Do you happen to know how to fly this thing?” the Doctor says looking directly into Clara’s eyes.

Just then the TRADIS bucks violently to the left sending the Doctor and Clara flying across the room knocking them both unconscious.

Meanwhile abroad the Normandy Commander John Shepard is sitting in his cabin reading over his reports of the Reaper invasion. He still could look at Joker in the eyes after killing EDI and the Geth, Samantha was working hard to get EDI back but it didn’t look good. Her core was fired and though she had backups something was blocking them. Just then Joker calls Shepard over the radio.

“Um Commander we have a situation, could you come to the flight deck?” Joker says in a tone of disbelief and amusement.

“I’m on my way Joker.” With that Shepard tosses the Data pad onto the bed and leaves his cabin and gets on the elevator. The short trip down to the CIC didn’t give him much time to think about what this could possibly be. He grabs his right shoulder and moves his arm to loosen his stiff joint it had only been a few weeks since they found him buried under all that rubble on the Citadel. Shepard steps off and sees a group standing behind Joker looking out the window. Shepard makes his way toward the flight deck and pushes his way to the front standing just behind
Joker. “Okay I’m here, what’s this about” Shepard says in a matter of fact manner.

Joker looks back at Shepard and with a grin “well there appears to be blue telephone box or something in front of us.” He points out the window.

Shepard looks and smiles “Joker it is likely cargo that was spread out in space when a ship was destroyed. Just go around it, this is hardly news.” Shepard says turning around.

“Well I would do that but when I turn the ship the damn thing flies in front of us again. I can’t get to FTL with a box in front of us.” Joker points out before turning back to the controls.

Shepard stops and turns, he looks hard at the Blue floating in Normandy’s flight path “It says Police Box on it” Shepard says out loud. “Okay fine” Shepard puts his right hand to his ear “Steve, you got a Kodiak up and running?”

Steve answers over Shepard’s radio “Roger that Commander, we going somewhere?” Steve asks.

“Negative, I need you to go out and shot down a blue box for me.” Shepard replies not believing he is have this conversation.

“Okay Commander you got it ETA one minute” With that Steve is off the radio.

Shepard looks at Joker “Open the cargo bay doors Steve is going to take care of this problem”

Joker does as he is told and opens the doors as soon as he does however the Blue Box zips out of view. “Um Commander that thing just landed in the cargo bay” Joker informs Shepard.
This has become something completely different it went from a floating box to a boarding party “Sound General Quarters Joker, tell Liara and Kaidan to meet me in the cargo bay. No one goes near that thing is that understood?”

“Yes sir” Joker responds.

Back aboard the TARDIS Clara is slowly regaining consciousness she can hear a faint alarm and the snoring of the Doctor as she rubs her head. She crawls over to the Doctor and shakes him trying to get him to wake up but he is still out like a light. Suddenly a knocking at the door faint at first then harder “I am Commander Shepard of the Alliance Navy I demand to know what this is about!” Clara stands up and walks toward the door. “Listen I would love to give you a tour really I would but if it is just the same I’ll stay in here… so off you pop.” Clara isn’t sure if that worked but she knew no one could get in to the TARDIS while the door was locked. She turns her attention to the Doctor and her heart sank a little “you’re not my Doctor anymore are you?” she thinks kneeling down next to the Time Lord. A moment or two pass and the doors to the TARDIS swing open and Shepard is standing in the doorway full armor his rifle drawn. Clara jumps up “how did you get it here?” she asks.

“The door was unlocked, who are you and what did you do to him?” Shepard says pointing at the Doctor who is still snoring.

“Me, I’m Clara Oswald and this bloke here is the Doctor.” She says pointing at the sleeping Time Lord.

“Okay Clara, explain to me how this craft is smaller on the outside, and how you managed to fly it into the Cargo Bay of an Alliance Warship.” Shepard says lowing his rifle these two are clearly unarmed.

“Oh, well, right okay… Let’s see it is called a TARDIS it is bigger on the inside and it can travel anywhere in time and space. The man you see over there on the ground sleeping is a Time Lord he is the…Captain of this ship, I just tag along and help out.” She finishes and leans back on the TARDIS’s control which causes them to spark and a small fire to break out.

“Get out of here!” Shepard yells running over to the Doctor and lifting him onto his shoulder. The three exit the TRADIS and the doors slam shut. The TRADIS begins to shift and fade as Clara tries to run to it but she is stopped by Kaidan.

“Don’t be crazy” he says to her which causes her to stop and turn toward him.

The TARDIS is now completely gone “Joker tell the Doctor Chakwas I have a patient for here and we have two new guests. That blue box is gone so please if you don’t mind get us back to Earth.” Shepard says making his way toward the elevator. “Kaidan keep an eye on her” he says before the elevator door closes.
Clara just now realizes she has been looking at Kaidan the entire time and looks away hoping he didn’t notice.

“Come on, I’ll take you up to the Medical Bay where you can check on your husband.” Kaidan says.

“Husband?! Oh no, no, no, no… I mean maybe before he changed but just no.” Clara rambles out nervously.

“Oh sorry I just… well sorry… I’m Major Kaidan Alenko Alliance Marines… It’s um nice to meet you Ma’am.” Kaidan says extending his right hand.

“Call me Clara, it is certainly nice to meet you.” She says blushing slightly.

In the Med Bay Doctor Chakwas is looking over the Doctor “I’m getting some odd readings Commander” she says waving her Omnitool over the Doctor.

“How so?” Shepard asks walking over to the other side of the exam table.

“It appears our friend here has two hearts.” She says.

“Two hearts, you think he might be an organ mule like the ones Garrus ran into in the Citadel?” Shepard asks not taking his eyes off of the Doctor.

“I don’t see any scars but it is possible, if that is the case I need to remove the other heart soon or it could kill him.” She says cutting the Doctors shirt off and tossing it in the corner along with his jacket.

“Do it, I need him alive, I need answers.” With that Shepard turns to leave.

Doctor Chakwas positions a cutting laser about the Doctor’s chest. Shepard walks up to Kaidan and Clara. “I need to know why you are smuggling organs in that man there” Shepard points at the window.

“Smuggling? What is she doing in there?” Clara says walking toward the glass.

“Your friend has two hearts, one is his the other was grown inside him.” Shepard says.

“Wait what? You need to stop!” Clara screams and beats on the glass “Doctor! Wake up!”

Kaidan looks at Shepard and walks over to Clara “He is in good hands, Doctor Chakwas is the best.”
“You don’t understand” Clara says still beating on the glass.

Inside the med bay Doctor Chakwas positions the laser and turns it on the hum of the machine gets louder as it heats up. Just then the Doctors eyes snap open and in an instant he pulls his sonic screw driver from his pants pocket and turns off the laser before it can cut him open. He rolls off the bed landing on the floor coughing some yellow vapor exits his mouth. He stands up “You there who are you? Where is my ship? And where is my shirt?”
