You're right about the dark area above the clocks. However, I really wanted to keep the interest on the lower part of the image, which explains why I have kept it like that. But you're right, it is a bit too dark.

Yes, it shouldn't be as bright as the foreground,
maybe it would help to only brighten the structures in the upper part a little.

I'm sort of obsessed with time and I think this is a really great conceptual piece. I think the car speeding past all those clocks adds a lot to the concept. Great capture.

A very nice shot, an imagine that stick in memory. The person that gave you the critique is basically right, except for one thing - this is not a Street Photography shot at all, simply because there are no people visible. So, it's good you put it in Conceptual.
