Here is my next Pokemon drawing!

I think one of the nice things about Pokemon Art Academy is that it is encouraging me to draw Pokemon that I wouldn't normally care to make art for. There are a lot of Pokemon I really like, but the majority of the Legendaries are very meh to me. So the chances of me drawing them are pretty low... I did have fun drawing this Victini though!

I need to add that this lesson, in particular, did have a bit more fleshed out guide lines. Mostly in the case of the arms. So those were "traced". Just the arm shapes, not the hands. There was also a circle for the head and lines for ear and feet placement. Still, the majority of this is all drawn by me. It's not really tracing, to be fair. It's more like, guided drawing because so little of it was pre-drawn. At least in my opinion. Perhaps others will disagree.

I really do feel that after I do all the lessons in this "game", I will be more confident in drawing Pokemon. A large reason I don't make more illustrations with Pokemon, is that I feel I am not very good at it... So I am always having anxiety about the income. Animals in general I struggle to draw... But I am grateful for the practice this is giving me.

Oh! I did created the background myself, this time, as well. It was edited in Photoshop because it didn't look great behind Victini, so I used motion blur. I don't think you can do stuff like that in PAA since the program limits you so much.
