ah i wasn't actually thinking about an episode in particular when I drew it I was just thinking of how they would interact...I think it was Tsuna he attacked in the episode but I don't remember exactly o__o;

Haha, I can't remember exactly either. it was because of you having hibari say "You're noisy" that i thought of the hospital.
I think Tsuna accidentally caused a flower petal to drop causing Hibari to wake up, so hibari beat him up. (despite much more noise before).
Yup, that's what I remember.
