Yea no shit that you've never seen this ship before! It's probably one of the rarest
rarepairs of the fandom. I'd honestly be pretty surprised if more than like, 12 people actually
shipped these two as much as I do lmao

Both these reasons, and also bc the fanart I saw of them before I started shipping the two was really cute
(surprisingly, I'm not the only one who ships them, especially on tumblr, but there's still not a whole lotta content)
But its real origins are the episode "Super Fun Time" where Jimmy and Kyle spend the entire episode with joined hands

I ship Kyle with a couple of characters, but my fave is K2 (Kenny X Kyle). I know it's a pretty popular ship, but not the MOST popular. (which I think would be Style or Kyman)
I fave any ship art (whether I ship it or not) as long as it's good quality art. The only ships I don't really like are the incest-y ones or OCxCanon.

K2 is good too, and yea, it's definetely not as popular as Kyman

Hey I do that too. I don't really mind appreciating art of ships that I don't really ship, and
for some reason in this fandom that's a super rare thing, considering the absurd amount of ship wars.

Yeah most fandoms tend to have shipping wars but I think with the SP fandom it's kinda
different bc it's always a constant war between Style and Kyman, and the two groups
rarely seem to get along. I've also seen obssessive creek shippers harrassing others
for shipping Craig or Tweek with anyone else, or for saying they didn't like Creek.
I've never really been too much into Undertale so idk what the fandom is like, but if
the shipping wars are worse, it's probably bc it's a fandom way more popular than South Park lol

I'm weird and want to watch the episodes in order. Good thing is, I finished season 11 and am going on season 12 soon.
I think out of the two, I like Style more then Kyman.

Oh I watch South Park episodes in order too, but in my case I've already
watched all of them at least twice so I don't really need to worry abt
watching stuff in order anymore lol. I hope you enjoy the episodes that you watch.
Tbh I have a slight inclination for Kyman even despite the ship's abusive nature,
only bc Style is more of a.. how do I say.. "cut and clear fluffy trope of best friends
turning into lovers" thing. I think Kyman is more nuanced as in you can interpretate their
relationship, feelings and interactions with one another in many different ways. That
doesn't make Style any less valid tho, it's still a really cute and easy to enjoy ship.
And Ik a lot of Creek shippers that aren't really like that! It's just some of them that are really
aggressive with their shipping.

I didn't become a avid fan until a few months ago...believe it or not the Craig x Tweek episode brought me into the fandom. x'D
Oh, I love all the episodes so far.
Kyman follows a trope too. They "hate" each other. And in every fandom that I've been in the characters that hate each other are shipped like crazy.
Best friends are usually shipped like crazy too though.
Even though I really only ship Craig and Tweek together, I have seen some ships w/ them separate that make since.(like Craig X Clyde).

I'm not suprised, the Creek episodes (and also the new game) brought a lot of newcomers into the fandom.
In my case tho I've been obsessed with South Park since childhood, but I've never been active in the fandom 'til last year or so.
Yeah, but Cartman's hate isn't exclusive to Kyle, especially on the first seasons of the show, since I remember him stating
multiple times how much he hates Stan and Kyle (and Kenny, if you remember his song "I Hate You Guys" in the
Jakovasours episode, where he sings "I hate you guys[...] especially Kenny, I hate him the most", but I think that was the only
time he said to hate Kenny, he usually tolerates his presence easily). He's still Eric Cartman, so of course he probably still hates everyone
but himself, but that hate is a lot more focused on Kyle now, he's obsessed with him, in a way that wasn't visible in the beginning of the show.
I think Kyman fits the "hate trope" only superficially and that their relationship is a lot more fucked up than just that, and not even
themselves seem to realize it, or know how and why it came to that point. I don't wanna spoil anything, but I will say that Kyle has shown
to feel responsible for Cartman's actions, and not even him seemed to understand why. And it's because of that, among multiple other reasons,
that I think Kyman differs from the usual "hate trope". After all, South Park is 20 years old and Kyle and Cartman probably have one of,
if not the most developed relationship out of all the characters.
Lastly, sorry for the wall of text, I really love South Park and overanalyzing all these little details lol
Oh hell yeah I love Cryde! Their Stupid Crybaby™ x Rational Deadpan™ dynamic is amazing, and I even dare say
I like it more than Creek. Thinking about Craig having a soft spot for a clueless, gay af Clyde gives me life.
