Description
So this is my gift to for guessing correctly where the name Razumikhin came from. For those who don't know it is from the book Crime and Punishment by Fydor Dostoyevsky (or something like that) I absolutely detested the book. It wasn't fun, but I aced the test so that's all that's important!!Anyway this is her character NorthSky, a lovely girl that was a joy to draw. And as you can see I have yet another sunset scene-though it's only because nothing else was working!!-and I tried my hand at making things glow...I think I did....okay....

Oh! Wanna know this cool thing I found out on Gimp? It's how to make it look like it's raining!

I do know how to do rain, but how did you do it?

Have all the characters with the Background and everything put in. Use the lasso or rectangle select to select the spot that's raining. Then go to the bucket tool and set it to the rain pattern. Lower the Opacity ( There's a little lever thing under Mode) That will make it slightly transparent depending on how low you set it. Select the rain pattern and set the bucket tool to "fill whole selection" then just click the place you have selected and Bingo! You got rain
