Description
His design was inspired by the Mouth of Sauron from LotR.Kage ended up in the modern era by the same time warp that brought Enato. He is a Necromancer (hence the name) and is capable of wielding dark magics.
He is a villian for the simple sake of being a villian. He will kick a smeet and laugh, then eat it. (it's happended before) He wears a blindfold for he has no eyes. (lost them in a bizarre ritual) His weapon of choice: his mouth.
The source of his power comes from the fear and pain he extorts from his victims.
Personality: Compassionless. Sadistic. Power hungry.
Strengths: Casting illusions. Zombie summoning. Advanced hearing.
Weaknesses: Total blindness. not physically strong enough to hold his own in a one on one fight. Gets severely drained of energy after a Zombie summon, leaving him vulnerable.

Perhaps you would go into a little more detail on him if you wouldn't mind please, as Necromancy to my knowledge spreads only into the realm of animating and manipulating the dead corpses of those departed, however, several things you've described don't fall into that catagory, I would like to know more

To tell you the truth I gave him the title Necromancer simply because I liked how it sounded. He can manipulate the dead somewhat, but he prefers to mess with a person's head by casting illusions. Only if said person can break through the illusion, then he starts using more real threats like zombies of dead loved ones and such.

And he also has a newly developed power, which he favorably uses on Lune...But that's up to MM to say...
