You know,
for "all that tough talk", i haven't seen Qrow kick serious Ass even once
- He was preparing to go all out against Winter,
- he was "barely" being able to fend of Tyrian,
- he got nearly one-sidedly his Ass kicked by Hazel, who is basically a mindless Berserker,
would be nice for a change if Qrow would ACTUALLY do something badass "for once" ... ... ^^"

Look how nice Qrow is. He even gives his enemies a make-over so they look better than before he beat them up. 
Just kidding, I love her design and all.
I actually have a headcanon that her semblance let her copy one ability of another person, provided she gets their permission (a simple handshake also counts as permission).
This could´ve even allowed her to copy Raven´s maiden powers, making their ruse complete. Also, imagine Cinder going up against TWO Spring Maidens.
