Description I just Bought Dragonball Z: Budokai for my Gamecube the other day, and I was so hyped to see
Cell, and the whole gang in 3D. I think Cell is my favorite bad guy, so I drew him in his Perfect form!

Just added a border for fun!

Anyhoos, Cell came out really well! I'm not too crazy about DBZ, but I got Budokai, and I like the way they look in 3D!
