Description
Euthystira brachyptera, or small gold grasshopper is one of the more colourful grasshoppers, that I have seen. They got their name by distinct golden sheen, that this particular specimen doesn't have. Also, this is a brachypterous specimen, meaning it cannot fly, but you can find macropterous ones as well, so some of them do have the ability to fly.Related content
