Description This picture was inspired by Necrovision, a FPS set in WWI, where all hell loose on the battlefield, quite literally. This scene in particular represents the beginning of the game, where you're actually in the trenches and zombies start to appear. Yeah, the game is a bizzare ride from Earth straight to Hell, it's story is kinda bad, you certainly can't deny it's variety. And then again, this is a meat grinder like the Painkiller, which by the way is referenced by the protagonist few times, so to certain point that's to be expected.

There is one big mess up in this picture- it shows Winchester 1897, also dubbed "trench sweeper" fired from point blank at one of the zombies and all it does is tear a bit of flesh from it's neck. If that happened in real life, it'd be splattered all over the place. Also the guy firing it has no pupils, which makes him look like demon, even though he's supposed to be a normal guy.

It sure is crazy ride.

As far as I'm concerned it's not supposed to be just an expansion, but a regular installment in the series, but it feels like it's just a stand alone expansion. It was also kinda broken.

Yeah, I know D:

But I thought the characters stood out from the black and white archetypes from other FPS's, as I thought the relationship between the main German character and the American who are forced to work together against an army of werewolves and zombies as something new and intriguing, not to mention the new weapons helped liven up the action (I don't know about you, but using the vampire weapons throughout much of the first game kinda got boring, was a lot more fun using human weapons and dishing out combos with the shovels, bayonets and grenades in the expansion pack)
