Puffin Toms days on the 50 Aker field railroad had closed down due to his only
owner died of old age and his family was devistated to have a finachial crisis and could not
afford to own and run Puffin Tom so he was sold off to a narrow gauge rail road in a logging camp
for a longer career service.

the next day the family came to the station to see their precious family engine travel to a new railroad
and soar into history.
