Cinder Fall, shes an officer like Jaune, but with a slightly higher rank, and a cybernetic eye. Her weapons are a quantum saber (inactive on her belt) and a Quantum Flamer, like a regular flamethrower but with the ability to melt tanks. Being an officer, she also gets an energon shield and access to all sorts of explosive devices.
As for how she can be a bad guy and still be part of the same faction as RWBY and JNPR, she works for these people: Command Council
