Done with Prismacolor markers touched up in Photoshop.It's Juuuuubes! Yay 90s! Watching the old X-men cartoon after school...ah, nostalgia. I want to play Super Mario Bros and eat a Butterfinger now, then watch Power Rangers.

Hoorah for Jubilee for her spunky character in the series! She is one of my favourite X-men besides Gambit and Rogue, I also pity her for being bashed by others as "whiny" too.
Great art you though the fireworks should add the effect for her.
