A long time ago, I had a dream that was like reading a comic book, done in fine inks and watercolors... I wanted to try to capture it, even though I knew I didn't have the talent to portray it... but I tried anyways, hoping some good would come from it. So I sat on it for a while, then got off my ass and finished... the female is about the same as the dream, though the setting is completely changed... her hair and the bg and her clothes are done with watercolors, the rest is with colored pencil and ink.Captured with a digicam and edited in Photoshop.

^^ Ah thank you... lol and yea, she probably could. In my dream she was really powerful... the only REAL color of the dream was her hair... the rest was muted neutrals... really a powerful statement, that had no point except make me wish I could draw. ><

Very classic looking. Sort of like some classic Chinese or Japanese work. The only thing that bugs me is the staff. It should be in front of the upper-arm, not behind it. Fantastic otherwise. It'd be easy enough to fix. Just whip out the ol clone-brush and clone some of the lower staff up over the arm and violia! ,,\/ ^__^

Common tool in paintshop pro and photoshop for copying areas of existing media to another area. It helps fix many problems in art that is digitized. I hope that helps. Who she's ready to smack?
