Description
A Lemonprop fighter aircraft awaits a pilot on one of the kingdom's airfields as Castle Lemongrab looms in the distance, puffy caramel clouds dotting the landscape.It wasn't long before Lemongrab realized the expansion of the Candy Kingdom and the need for air superiority in border skirmishes to defend the small, isolated city-state.
Unsurprisingly, the first batch of Lemonprops were outdated by the time they left the factory floor, and were no match for Bubblegum's inventions, being quickly deemed unacceptable by the top brass.

At first I really think you got an inspiration from the Polikarpov I-16 as I've seen the back building as the Kremlin (...).

Funnily enough, I was debating on whether or not to add the distinctive engine cover of the I-16 and Polikarpov fighters, but ultimately went with the exposed radial look.
I find the Kremlin comparison very interesting and I hadn't considered it before, but I can see some similarity in palette!
