Anonymous point commission for an anonymous person! This character design was loads of fun to work with; I really enjoyed working with a largely monochrome color palette.

Man, his character design is sick! ...In the good, 90's way, of course! I love blue and white together, and I love interesting mercreatures. Does his animation actually include a bit of "watery" wobble, or am I just seeing things? Because if it's the former, that's brilliant!

The watery wobble was originally an accident while trying to add a bit of drag to the tail, but I liked the way it looked so I decided to keep it. Thanks!
