I made this last night with the intent of making it a quick pre-bedtime doodle of Benedict Cumberbatch making a silly face he made in the new Star Trek film. (spoiler? probably not, since Benedict Cumberbatch making silly faces is nothing new.) Somehow, it turned into a super-detailed pixel portrait with wiggly eyebrows.

I'm pretty pleased with the say this turned out-- it's certainly much better than the last time I attempted a realistic portrait with pixel art.

I used this picture as reference: [link] but I pushed the expression a bit further for comedic effect. The hair was a bit difficult since the original image was so heavily cropped into his face, but I think it turned out okay.
