I'm just curious, what was wrong with Imageready?

It won't initialize. T_T Every time I boot up my computer, it says that Imageready fails to initalize, and if I try to open, I get a system error message and it won't open.
So I had to use Flash to animate it, which is a VERY roundabout way of doing things ><; Not to mention, the avatar is off-center (there should be a thin black border going around the whole image) and the gradient in the background is dithered instead of smooth, like I want it to be. OTL

Hrmm...maybe you could try reinstalling it? I have no idea if that'll help, but it sounds reasonable.
