wow. that is really pretty!
I love how there are basically two colors dominating this picture, makes it simple yet beautiful, because those colors actually go along pretty well! (except that maybe the red could be just a bit clearer? it seems a little dull to me.... but maybe that's just my screen too..)
Then i think it is pretty much amazing how you know that even though this is just a really small crop out of the door, you still get the feeling thatthere is a lot of history to this old door, which is of course created by the peeling paint, but also by the lines - most of them are not completely straight, so it looks like the door is a little crooked... Yeah, that just makes me want to know what kind of house this gorgeous door belongs to 
oh, and i think it is really unique how there is a new next to an old lock and how the random scribbling instructs you how to enter. I really do want to enter that house now and see what it looks like from inside
