Those are some sucky braids. I can draw much better ones but since I was going for finishing one oekaki in a DAY, I kind of rushed doing them.This seems to remind me of mints too....

I like the braids, but you might try to connect them more in the middle, sort of like a chain of hearts. But the picture itself is great!

Yeah, I'm not exactly sure how I did that.
Anyway, I used that technique in one of my previous drawings, but it's not as obvious.....I think it's titled 'pychedelic' or something........

I had filled in the surrounding area with a blue colour and covered that in swirlies so the hair and shirt wouldn't be obvious as part of the backroun.....

I actually spent quite a bit of time cel-shading the eyes in. I don't have the patience for watercolours.........
