been regaining my toku drawing skills as of late, so i tried my hand at doin the toku-based suit for arna again!

so the reason why i stopped making her a toku-based design in the first place was actually because her suit and civilian looks didn't quite match (suit was pure and cutesy, whereas her civilian look was more so hot and flirty), and i found her civilian look to just be a whole lot nicer (plus my toku drawing skills were rough at the time). so to combat this, i redesigned both to be both super cute! i don't want to jinx it, but i think i've found the right balance and i'm quite happy with it so far ^^
