Ummm.. Let's see. Coloring linework and shading: Very very nice! However her face... She looks like a male. I'd definitely try to fix that up. Try to use a reference photo of her if you didn't already? And if you did try to better capture her jawline and facial features. Other than that-- Nice stuff!

Ehhhh... Maybe. But looking at this individual's other art pieces it seems they are able to capture the female face relatively well a majority of the time. It's this one that falls (a little bit) short. I don't know-- It's all my own opinion.
