ahhhh...I triedI changed her design a bit(lighted her hair changed her bangs) and her mannerisms because #1 she can't be emotionless and solemn AND pretend to be a normal student like I mean thats super conspicuous and #2 shes way to similer to yandere-chan so instead I suggest she always wears a pleasant expression from talking to her teachers and fellow students to attempting to murder you she wears a pleasant smile
and as far as visual clues go I'd say her eyes and her mannerisms would work well. Basically she could wear a wig or something so her hair(one of the most noticeable things about a student in the game) would be different but her eyes and facial expression are the same every time(and since both clues would be on her face that would make that player have to get close to her to be sure)

In all seriousness this is quite good... I like the fact that you actually give personality on this character and not a Mr. Agent 47 serious face all the time. Although I like girls like that but I think this one fits on her perfectly, guessing on the fact that the hunter it's working to kill an evil person, does that make her an evil person.
Anyways I wish you good luck since it looks pretty good, also this has to be one of my favorite killing styles since it reminds me back on the hole Prohibition Era when the garrote was the most useful weapon when it comes to choke the life out of someone. You know the Godfather movies kinda style.
Those red eyes definitely shows how evil she is... or she's actually wearing red eye contacts. (You never know)
The details on the shading it's outstanding and the light as well, models and outfits are both well done.
The anatomy is very well done as well including the physics from the uniform how it's hanging around. I do have to say Ayano's arms seem to be slightly tinier than usual... must be the angle perspective.
Ayano's face expression towards this situation it's very well done.
I do have a problem with the background though since it seems to be curved from the angle that it's positioned but I cannot tell what exactly am I looking at, am I watching just a wall with a different color pattern or am I looking at a wall and a sealing as well? Hard to tell... that's just a minor issue though.
Overall this is a very well done drawing and it deserves to be in my favorites.
