What is a Flatsale Raffle?
Flatsale raffles are adopt events where people enter in hopes of being randomly selected to buy the adopt at a set price.
Rules
-Comment once only with a phrase similar to "I would like to enter"
-Must pay within 48 hours or the adopt will be re-rolled
-Winner gets custody, they may choose to gift or trade after approved as an official Devidae
-All raffle rolls will be done visually through discord so its fair
-Must be a member of the group before the raffle closes
-NOT first come first serve, winner selected randomly
