this is something that i threw together quick. Echo was my favorite clone trooper and they HAD to make it so he dies! Fives is next probably. Lucas has no mercy.Related content

These writers are douchebags. They keep toying with our emotions. Not only do they kill off the best clones, but they make episodes SPECIFICALLY for them, just so we can see everything they've gone through, how awesome they are, and all the shit that makes you cry your balls off when you see them die! Of course, Cody and Rex are invincible because they're technically canon. But Lucas better be glad this was the last season, because after they killed off Waxer, Echo, and Fives, I swore that if they killed off anyone (Except for the jedi. After they killed off that jedi with the ironic name Ima-Gun Di, and Ashoka left, I pretty much couldn't care less about them because I already know what happens to them) else, I would take LEGAL ACTION!

Echo is one of the most noble soldiers in the galaxy, and he will always be. RIP.
Keeli, Echo, Waxer, Ponds, 99, Hevy... those are the most courageous and tragic clone deaths I can recall.

You can tell that poor Fives might've been on the verge of crying when he was just like sputtering and looking at Echo's destroyed helmet. And through his helmet I could just see this vengeful glare when he shot down Sobeck's STAP.
The clones are human, and they have relationships with each other and with others that make you just die crying whenever they become casualties.

I didn't really know too much of Hardcase. Waxer was kind of like a comforting Corporal Hicks figure to Newt... I mean Numa, and they will remember each other. I kind of wonder if Waxer's tear was partly because he would imagine how devastated the little Twi'lek would be to find out her friend died. And Rex... that glare. I always mention the glares of vengeance, because they carry out my personal feelings, too.

I Hate the fact they killed him off, and the way they killed him off. But there is a point to his death. Its part of a message the whole series is trying to say, This war, even more than others, is pointless. All so one man could gain control of the galaxy. So many good men, clones, jedi, even civilians, dead. For one man. Hate Palpatine, not Lucas.

At this point I feel the worst for Fives, now he is alone. At least he still has Rex and Cody, while they were/will never be as close as him and his squad, at least he has a couple friends left. My dad and I watch every episode together, and we reallllly like the backstory of domino squad, we both gasped involuntarilly when echo died.
