i wish i could get pics like this of the tigers at perth zoo, but the glass is always dirty and the tigers are usually lying down at the sides of the enclosure

yes i found that the first few times i was there, you just need a lot of patience, they are usually more active in the late arvo, if you wait around they eventually get up. and as for the glass, i know it's terrible!!! it needs cleaning. they seem to be renovating some of the enclosures at the moment so hopefully they fix the glass up a bit. But i usually use a lens hood, and a book to block the light, which eliminated alot of the mess on the glass.

yeah i noticed last time i went they were renovating the tiger enclosure, i might be going this week as well so hopefully the glass wont be as bad.
