Description
Trapped with no escapemy fear in darkness is encased
my bleeding heart is left agape
my muffled voice cannot be traced
The chains that bind me clang and sway
As I struggle to be free
And finally I break away
From oppressive conformity

in my opinion angsty poems have been done, many times, many many many many times. In fact, I bet you could find every line of this poem in someone elses poetry. This poem is about breaking away from conformity and I think you should try that with your writing.

Great poem, the rhyme works well in this one.
In my opinion, when you're writing an angsty poem it'll have a better effect when you don't use rhyme. well done on this poem, though.
