well first I shot the picture with a canon 500d and a 50mm lens, then, I think I used a warm photofilter in photoshop and painted a little bit with yellow and green in a new layer with a soft brush - after that, I put some gaussian blur on the layer and I think I did change the layer into soft light.

But I don't know excatly - it's always just playing a bit with photoshop

well - you just need a window, some light from the sun outside, something to spray water on ther window and there you go... (the background is green because there are trees outside of my window)
