Do 3 damage and draw 2 cards
RNG magician:
Transform all plants into cards 3 or more

For the Military class...
Plant Propaganda- Zombies on heights and on water get -1 power, and -1 health. Plants on heights and on water get +2 health and +2 power
P.O.T. Call- Make a 4 power 10 health POT B1 randomly in two adjacent lanes (If there's room)
Army Rations- Fully heal target plant. If used on a hero, heal more than 2 if the hero is below 10 health.
