Wow, he's teaching you? Or it's just his students? Well, and I learn it with non-famous, but pretty awesome teacher...

nah one of his students. An old filipino dude. He's trained under a few guys, but he prefers Pauls progressive style over Ted Wongs static JKD, which hasn't evolved. I agree, since JKD was meant to evolve. Bruce just died before he could develop more of its elements.

Yes, well, every martial art is being developed during the practice of centuries, and Jeet Kune Do is a very young style...

true; however, JKD isn't a style. Its an idea. A movement. A principle.
nothing is set in stone. its always evolving and changing. It's meant to be progressive.
that's what some teachers of it don't get, which is why it's hard to find many of them who actually grasp its concepts.

Friend? He's my teacher, and yes, probably!

Also, he has a tween-brother, who've mastered another technique - something what looks like aikido, but he can break all your body on the way!

Great job on Bruce, man! BTW, I study Jeet Kune Do, too. So...I am trying to study stuff that Bruce has done. But I am trying to do add stuff so I can express myself more; not to totally imitate him. Other then that, I would stay with the fundamentals of the philosophy, you know?

Bruce Lee, I can't think of any better martial arts superstar and he's one of my biggest idols. I like how you drew him a lot (as a big fan of The Legend and the fighting style he created, Jeet Kuen Do). Also like the quotes you put on the picture.

yeah, i study Jeet Kune Do... in addition to him, i love Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung, Tony Ja, Jet Li, and Donny Yen... all are great, but Bruce Lee peaked my interest in the unique style thanks

you should read his books. they're filled with all kinds of wisdom

well, the one in the pic is his... if you want some quotes, pick up a copy of "Jeet Kune Do" or "Tao of Jeet Kune Do" ...both have lots of good ones... Bruce has written several books... i have most of them
