Uh... I can explain.
So, I got Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled recently and I fell in love with with a few certain karts from the game... so much so that they may or may not have become Elite Resistance members. Here's one of them:

Meet Nostal Techwizz!

Nostal is based on the Nostalginator Kart from CTR: NF, with the blue coming from the 'Two-Tones' decal that comes with the Nostalginator Kart set in the Pit Stop (shop) of the game. She (as her last name would imply) is a dab hand when it comes to technology and hacking. However, her cruel hacks and mechanical trickery don't stop her from being cute, friendly and playful (especially towards Coco Bandicoot).

Now you may notice a particular artifact on her belly. That sucker is known as a Phantom Gem.
Created by Twister Tornado, these Phantom Gems cling to other vehicles and possess them, breathing new life into them. Each Phantom Gem colour signafies the wave of the member (I'll have a deviation of the different colours and their associated waves in the future).
Nostal has a Blue Phantom Gem, which makes her a Wave 3 Elite Resistance member.

All waves have the same demonic abilities as each other (However, Cyclone has one demon ability exclusive to him), meaning they all have the following abilities:

- Demon Dash: Boosts speed for a certain amount of time.
- Demon Warp: Allows the user to teleport anywhere, at anytime.
- Demon Glare: Allows the user to see throught walls.
- Demon Roar: Has the user emit a blast of energy to stun any enemies around them.
- Demon Mind: Allows the user to move things with their mind.
- Demon Cloak: Turns the user invisible for a certain amount of time. Also grants intangibility.
