The Wind-Walker, the Wendigo, the God of the Cold, Ithaqua.

Ithaqua is one of the younger Great Old Ones & is the illegitimate offspring of Hastur & Shub-Nig'Rath. However, over time, Hastur would become disappointed with his son for not being powerful enough to live up to what Hastur had in mind. After a while, he would send Ithaqua to Earth, where he would dwell in the Arctic & Sub-Arctic regions. Based on sightings of him by Humans, it is believed he inspired the legends of the Wendigo & the Yeti. Ithaqua is known for his cold presence & glowing red eyes. He is capable of changing the weather by creating huge snowstorms, & he can also defy physics & walk on air, which is where he got his nickname, the Wind-Walker. Ithaqua is also known for trying to reproduce with Human females in an attempt to have an offspring that can surpass him & make Hastur proud. However, none of his offspring have lived up to that promise, & all have revolted against him, anyway. At his frostbitten core, Ithaqua is a very lonely individual, as he is the only Great Old One like himself, & he evidently has the ulterior motive of having an offspring to counter this loneliness. But whether you sympathize for him or not, it should always be remembered that Ithaqua is a bone-chilling gargantuan that can freeze you in fear with his crimson glare.
