Description I am not sure who designed viper but why on earth are his wings backwards? Despite this its still a good design and definitely is an eye catcher. This took about 1 hour and 45 minutes if anyone is interested.

You can just look it up. All the heroes have some sort of back story even though none of them are important to ganking.
