Sorry for the long stretch of nothing since my last upload, but after a while of not drawing Jason, I wanted to make sure (even if only for a bit) that I haven't gotten too rusty. So here's a dynamic pose of the Gooey Web-Head and a few head perspectives. For an action hero, I need to make sure I get my foreshortening or spacial depth right, so feel free to leave some pointers and criticism in the comments and I'll do my best to respond. Even though this is a recreational thing, I'd still like to get better at how I draw these characters. And since I mentioned Jason "transforms" into Glow rather than suiting up like Spider-Man, I decided to at least partially visualize that process.
EDIT: I finally settled on a 10-pointed webbing for the mask, with 4 points for the cardinal directions, 1 on each side below the nose, 2 on each side above it, and convex webbing interwoven throughout the points. In the Luminous Web Shot image, I adjusted the frills of Glow's skirt to better match the webbing motive, and that's carried over here. Unless I can think of anything different new to adjust later, I can safely say that I made the definitive look for Spider-Glow.
